- Staff & Ledger Data: Employee names, designations, attendance logs, salaries, advances, and expense records entered by the user.
- Device & Notification Data: Device model, OS version, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for delivering important system updates and notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- To calculate, record, and maintain employee attendance, advances, and salary statements.
- To authenticate accounts and sync data securely with cloud databases.
- To deliver transactional updates, service announcements, and subscription status notifications.
- To diagnose technical errors and improve application stability.
3. Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your stored data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All communication between the App and our backend servers is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL protocols.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Play Services: Core application framework and crash monitoring.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Push notification delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third-party advertising networks.

- অনুরোধ গ্রহণের পর ৩ কার্যদিবসের (3 business days) মধ্যে আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠানের সমস্ত স্টাফের তথ্য, হাজিরা খাতা ও ট্রানজ্যাকশন হিস্ট্রি সার্ভার থেকে স্থায়ীভাবে ডিলিট করা হবে।
- একবার ডেটা মুছে ফেলা হলে তা আর কোনোভাবেই পুনরুদ্ধার (recover) করা সম্ভব হবে না।
- All associated business profiles, staff lists, ledger entries, and attendance history are permanently purged from live databases.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is intended for business, administrative, and office management purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
